Once you have filled out the application form, if you receive an email on July 12th Friday when Early Bird and Standard Pricing go live, it means you have been selected and you have the choice to lock in your spot with a down-payment. If you do not receive an email, it means you are on the waitlist.

Once landed in, you will pay for your own Uber or Taxi to the retreat location that will be shared only to those attending the retreat. Airport is about 30 minutes away from location.

Early bird discount must be paid in full to reserve early bird pricing. Standard pricing requires 30% deposit and we have 6 month and 12 month payment plans available. Please email Kento and Mae for all cancellation inquiries. All cancellations must be received in writing. 90 or more days prior to the retreat: Full refund minus a $300.00 cancellation fee which will be withheld from your refund. No refunds will be issued less than 90 days prior to the retreat. No show = no refund

While none of the events are mandatory, they are essential for the full experience and for connecting with your community throughout the week. We encourage you to attend all the events to get the most value, but we understand if you decide not to participate in some.

In November in Hawaii, the weather is bi polar and around 75 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degrees Celsius) but it is never freezing... it can be raining but still hot. We recommend packing shorts, shirts, tank tops, dresses, rompers, and pants for going out. Swimsuit, slippers (flip flops), and hiking shoes as we will have a hiking and beach day! And a jacket just in case.

All the meals are included except for one dinner where we will all go to a nearby Asian fusion restaurant.

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate roommate requests. For example, if you are traveling with your significant other or with a friend.

Using the application, the hosts will assign roommates to the best of their abilities.

Yes. Due to the limited spots on our retreat, it is required for you to share a room with someone.

It cost $25 to become a monthly member and $225 to become a yearly member of Shuffle Baby Academy. We want Shuffle Baby Academy to be as accessible to as many people as possible, so we granted unlimited access to all of the content for the same price as one class!
